DELIVERY & RETURNS

Shipping

  • Please allow 24 hour processing.

  • All deliveries are handled with care, shipped via FedEx or UPS and usually delivered within 3-7 working days within the United States.

Notifications

  • When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.

  • When your package ships, you will receive an email containing your invoice and an email with your tracking information.

Terms of Delivery

  • Naked Vessel offers a calculated delivery fee in the United States, depending on the option chosen, on all online orders.

  • When delivering to your address, anyone present at the location can receive your package.

  • It is not possible to deliver the package to another address in the case of theft on premises.

Delivery Area

  • Naked Vessel currently delivers within the continental United States and major islands.

  • Naked Vessel is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Local Pickup option is available, free of charge, at NV place of business, located in Brooklyn, NY.

Return Policy

Before initiating a return please ensure the item(s) in question meet the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) purchased less than 7 days ago.

  2. Item(s) still in original condition and packaging.

If you notice that one of your products has a defect or that it has been damaged during transport, we invite you to email hello@nakedvessel.com or fill out the form located on the "Contact Us" page at www.nakedvessel.com

We encourage you to specify any information that could help us understand the reason for your return or the defect you found on the returned product.

Online Purchases

  • Naked Vessel offers flat fee returns for any unopened merchandise.

  • All discounted purchases are final sale - returns are not accepted.

Retail Purchases

  • Due to the limitations on product discovery through our online store, the online and retail channels have different return & exchange policies. Within the retail environment, customers are able to experience the product before making an informed buying decision whereas our online customers are not. For this reason only the online store allows for refunds of unopened merchandise within a 7 day window from date of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds apply to unopened merchandise from online orders only. Once your refund has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card within 7 working days following receipt of returned merchandise at our warehouse.

Cancellations and Exchanges

If you wish to cancel your order please reach out to our customer service to initiate the process.

Exchanges can be requested for unopened items. Please reach out to customer service to initiate the process.

Naked Vessel honors exchanges for damaged or defective products. Please reach out to customer service to initiate the process.
